Ilka Hars is Consultant at Boyden Interim Management and has more than 20 years of consulting and industry experience.

Located in Munich, she leads the research function and holds contact to our Interim Managers. Ilka Hars is responsible for the company’s marketing- and communication activities, new business development and supports the Partners in acquisition and execution of the Interim Management Assignments.

Before joining Boyden, Ilka Hars was a management and communication consultant dealing with particularly challenging situations, that require professional communications, i.e. change management, reorganization, restructuring, post merger integration growth, rebranding, change of ownership for DAX-, Middle Market- and Private Equity Portfolio-Companies.

She holds a MBA in Communication and Leadership from the Technische Universität München and a Master of Business Administration from the Universität Hamburg.
