MIAMI, Florida – August, 5, 2010 –
Boyden, a global leader in executive search with more than 70 offices in over 40 countries, announced today that it has doubled the size of its team in Miami and moved to new offices, taking its operations in the region to a new level.  With three additional Managing Directors in its Miami office, Boyden is boosting its capabilities with local clients, as well as its resources to serve regionally headquartered organizations as they address the rapidly growing Latin America region.

Steven Bartley, Boyden’s Managing Director in Miami, has been joined by new Managing Directors, Mark Young, Rosa Tejeiro and Manuel Corsino. Their collective experience working with the top leadership of multinational Consumer, Technology, Pharmaceutical, Financial and Professional Services, Agri-business, Not-for-Profit and other enterprises will be invaluable to companies in the Americas as they build their local and cross-border businesses.

Steven Bartley: Mr. Bartley has a 10-year track record of recruiting in a wide range of industries and functions from small private to large publicly held companies. Prior to joining Boyden, he was a partner at a leading global search firm’s Miami office, where he was a leader in the firm’s IT and Professional Services practice groups. Mr. Bartley transitioned to executive search in 2001 by founding the Miami presence of an international search firm, where he connected Latin America and US/Europe for multinational clients.  His executive search experience was preceded by a 20-year international career in management and IT consulting firms, and complemented with several entrepreneurial initiatives. Born and raised in Latin America of US parents, Mr. Bartley is a true cross-cultural executive with a keen sense of the challenges and opportunities of companies operating internationally.

Mark Young: Mr. Young brings 33 years of related experience in the retained search industry with a strong search client base in the United States, Canada, Central America and Caribbean. His background in retained executive search consulting includes 13 years of directing search practices for national firms. He has a special knowledge of the Florida marketplace having worked in the Miami/Fort Lauderdale area since 1983.  Mr. Young’s primary focus is on domestic clients in financial services, wealth management, agri-business, supply chain/logistics and not-for-profit institutions and foundations.

Rosa Tejeiro: Ms. Tejeiro brings more than 25 years experience as a trusted advisor to firms in a wide range of industries, mostly with a human capital focus, process and management components and strong business cultures. Over her career, she has served in a senior lead role in different venues in a variety of search-related organizations.  Earlier in her career she served for 10 years in the General Foods Corporation (today Kraft Foods) in Human Resources roles of increasing responsibility, including as H.R. Director of the North Latin American Region. Ms. Tejeiro’s focus areas include consumer, pharmaceuticals, oil & gas and the HR functional area. She was born in Cuba and has lived in several other countries including Venezuela, Switzerland and the United States, and as a result is fluent in French, English and Spanish.

Manny Corsino: Mr. Corsino brings to Boyden deep knowledge in the Banking and Finance Industry focusing on a variety of positions. His market expertise includes investment banking, capital markets and asset management. His successful placements include Managing Directors, Relationship Managers and group heads in corporate finance, restructuring, M&A, and equity and debt capital markets. Mr. Corsino’s industry experience, analytical approach, and thorough understanding of the marketplace enable him to discern nuances affecting a client’s specific situation and recruitment of culturally compatible, results-oriented leadership. A US citizen, Mr. Corsino was raised in Argentina and is fluent in Spanish, English and Portuguese.
